Position: Sales Team Member
Location: Moneta, VA

The Susan Balderson State Farm Agency in Moneta is growing — and we’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and goal-driven professional to join our sales team!

What You’ll Do
 
 ✅ Build strong relationships with prospective and current customers

✅ Educate clients on insurance options that fit their needs and budget

✅ Reach sales goals with guidance, accountability, and encouragement from leadership

✅ Follow up on leads and maintain accurate customer records

✅ Participate in training and development to keep growing your skills

 
What We’re Looking For

✨ Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn

📞 Excellent communication and people skills

💼 Sales, customer service, or insurance experience is a plus (but not required)

📚 Must be able to obtain a Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (we’ll help you through it!)

🔥 Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
